I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Richmond and was completely blown away by the exceptional service and amenities provided. Not only did the hotel exceed my high expectations by returning my forgotten hairbrush promptly, but they also offered top-notch ironing facilities which made getting ready for my event a breeze. the heating in the room was perfect, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, and the complimentary tea and coffee facilities were a delightful touch. the fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils allowed me to prepare meals easily during my visit. the convenient proximity to various dining options such as Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Frankie & Benny's, as well as a Waitrose coffee shop, made dining out a convenient and enjoyable experience. Overall, the Richmond went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and seamless, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
